Healing Your body with food
Many of our patients are inflamed and suffering from some nutritional deficiencies or toxicities. Many of our patients are also suffering from some autoimmune conditions and chronic pain. 

In general we recommend the anti-inflammatory diet. It's pretty much whole foods, fresh fruits and vegetables, wild fish and grass fed meat, raw nuts, ginger, garlic, turmeric and dark chocolate. See links below
